MHSXC 2017 - Summer Week 7

Tuesday @ MHS - Weight Room @7:45, then track - 9:00 - 11:00
Wednesday - Due to the TFT Leadership Summit, we will push the Arb trip to Thursday
  • @ MHS - 9:00 - 11:00
Thursday @ MHS - Weight Room @ 7:45, then Arb Trip
  • Home by 2:00 PM
Friday @ Munson - 9:00 - 11:00

Sunday - OYO - Some will take the day off.  Others will run long.

Monday - Conditioning @ Munson Park 
  • 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
    • We meet at the "stretching courts."
    • Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat or towel, and watch.  
    • Easy Run
    • Ice Bath @ MHS after
      • Volunteers for camp prep needed

Tuesday - Thursday -- we will meet at MHS for conditioning!

Tuesday - Conditioning @ MHS
  • 7:45 AM - 8:45 AM - Weight Room @ MHS
  • 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
    • Steady State
    • Ice Bath
      • Volunteers for camp prep needed
Wednesday - Conditioning @ MHS - Optional Arb Trip
  • 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
    • Recovery / Easy  or Hills at Arb
      • Arb Trip
        • Who: anyone interested
        • What: Hilly run at Nichols Arboretum in Ann Arbor, followed by breakfast.  
        • When: depart from MHS track at 8:00 AM - depart from Arboretum at apx. 11:30 AM, stop for breakfast and return to MHS by 2:00 PM
        • Where: we will park at Gallup Park - Address3000 Fuller Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 and run to the Arboretum
        • Why: did you read the part about breakfast?!?!
          • Get out of Monroe
          • Run some hills
          • Wednesday's are for the boys (and girls)
        • How: depending on the number of participants, we may need parents to help with transportation.
          • No students may drive!
Thursday - Conditioning @ MHS
  • 7:45 AM - 8:45 AM - Weight Room @ MHS
  • 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
    • Easy
    • Ice Bath
      • Volunteers for camp prep needed
Friday - Conditioning @ Munson Park
  • 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
    • Easy / Recovery  
      • Trails
Saturday - Off or OYO
