MHSXC 2017 - Summer Week 5

We're off to a great start with our summer training and making progress with our goals:

Sunday - OYO - Some will take the day off.  Others will run long.

Monday - Conditioning @ Munson Park - With Coach Mydloski
  • 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
    • We meet at the "stretching courts."
    • Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat or towel, and watch.  
    • Wagon Wheels
Tuesday - Conditioning @ Munson Park
  • 7:45 AM - 8:45 AM - Weight Room @ MHS
  • 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
    • Time Trial #3 
Wednesday - Conditioning @ Munson Park
  • 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
    • Recovery / Easy  
Thursday - Conditioning @ Munson Park
  • 7:45 AM - 8:45 AM - Weight Room @ MHS
  • 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
    • Steady State 
Friday - Conditioning @ Munson Park
  • 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
    • Easy / Recovery   
Saturday - Off or OYO
