2017 Potluck & Informational Meeting

Objectives:

  1. TEAM FAMILY TROJANS
    1. We will use this opportunity to unite our team - coaches, athletes, & families. We pride ourselves on the inclusiveness and family-like atmosphere that MHSXC promotes and we are grateful for the support of friends and families.  This night is designed as a low stress networking / relationship building event.  
  2. STAY ON COURSE
    1. By the end of this evening we hope to have addressed all questions and concerns regarding the upcoming season.  
      1. Information will include, but is not limited to:
        1. MHSXC tenets & expectations
        2. Rules
          1.  behavior
          2. attendance
        3. Schedule
        4. Training Philosophies
        5. Coaching Philosophies
  3. Volunteerism - Please consider volunteering for the 3 events listed below.

    6. 2016 SEC Championship Results - Top 18 = All SEC
    7. 2016 Regional Championship Results - 
      1. Top 3 teams (4 if 4th place team places 4 individuals in top 20) qualify to State Finals
      2. Top 15 individuals not part of qualifying team qualify for State Finals
    8. 2016 State Finals - Top 30 = All State

  • Potluck Suggestions - Sara & Don are making sloppy joes.  The list found at the preceding link provides suggestions only.  If you make a really awesome dish that you love to share, please feel free to mix it up.  Also, for anyone with dietary needs that may not be met in this format, again, please feel free to bring what works for you and yours!!!  Hope this helps.  Thanks for your RSVP's, support and feedback.  This will be a terrific evening.
