- Tuesday, October 19th, the top 7 boys and girls will travel to Hudson Mills Metro Park to run the league meet course.
- We plan to return to MHS by 6:00pm.
- Everyone else will meet Coach Mydloski at Munson at 2:45.
- Thursday's race schedule involves an early release from school.
- Please be sure to make arrangements for missed schoolwork prior Thursday.

-Individual medals will be awarded to the first thirty (30) places in each varsity race. The top three will be large Olympic style.
Athletes may leave immediately following their race on. Showers will be available.
We will leave from MHS following the conclusion of the Homecoming Game Halftime presentation.

- Awards will take place 45 minutes after race start - Girls @3:15pm -- Boys @ 2:15pm

Flat and fast course. This will be our first goal race of the season and excellent opportunity to set huge personal bests. Shorter spikes are appropriate. Those with the option may choose their track spikes over cross country spikes.
