AWARDS

-Team trophies will be awarded to the first three (3) teams in each varsity race.

-

awarded to the 1st place team and a plaque to the 2

girls middle school races.

-Individual medals will be awarded to the first thirty (30) places in each varsity race. The

top three will be large Olympic style.

-Medals will be awarded to the top 20 girls and top 20 boys in the Junior Hi race.

-Ribbons will be awarded to the next 50 places.

-Ribbons will be awarded to the first 50 in each JV race. Ribbons will also be awarded in

the K-6 race.

PARKING

-School buses will not be charged to enter the park.

-For all other cars there will be a $6.00 charge to enter the park.

o   I went to our state finals committee meeting yesterday and received our credentials for the state meet

§  MIS crew veterans and those who feel their child will compete in the state meet should contact me asap with their preferred spot.

§  I will post the sign up sheet on the blog

·         Thanks for your continued flexibility with our last minute practice changes.

o   We will always inform the student-athletes of practice changes – we ask that they inform you. 

·         Sunday is the Special Olympics Walkathon

o   If you haven’t been informed regarding this event, please ask your child about it.

·         Saturday’s meet information can be found on our Huron Invitational page

o   Line up will be posted this afternoon.

·         Team Pictures are scheduled for Wednesday, September 22^nd at 2:30pm at the Navarre- Anderson Trading Post
